2 oz Old Lahaina Gold Rum
2 oz Cranberry Cinnamon Simple Syrup
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 oz fresh orange juice
Combine all ingredients over ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a large bowl glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a few fresh cranberries.
Cranberry Cinnamon Simple Syrup recipe:
2 cups water
2 cups sugar
2 cups fresh cranberries
2 cinnamon sticks
Bring ingredients to a boil until the cranberries start to burst open. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool, then strain into a container for storage. Simple syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
